FOUR VEHICLE ACCIDENT NEAR ATLANTA RESULTS IN THREE DEAD

As most Atlanta residents unfortunately know, when a two car crash occurs, there is always a strong possibility that a few people are injured or killed. However, when multi-vehicle auto accidents occur, the chance for many more people getting hurt is obviously increased.

This was the case in a four vehicle accident that happened near Atlanta. There were four vehicles involved in the crash, a Jeep, Ford Escape, pick-up truck and a tractor trailer. In total, six people were injured, and three people were killed after the massive accident.

Two of the vehicles were pinned under the tractor trailer. After some investigation, it appears that the accident was initiated when the pick-up truck attempted to make a left turn in-front of the tractor-trailer. Both the driver and passenger in the pick-up were two of the three killed, along with one other. At the moment, it is unclear how the other two vehicles initially got involved.

The loss of a loved one is difficult for anyone, no matter what the circumstances are that resulted in her death. Still, there are often many costs and expenses associated with the loss of a loved one, including medical and funeral expenses, as well as lost income. For that reason, a wrongful death suit is often required.

When the lawsuit must be brought against multiple parties, it can be even more difficult to determine liability. As such, assistance may be needed. That way, it avoids the chance that a party could be left out, which could stop some of the recovery for the family.

When a family is trying to recover from the loss of a loved one, the last thing they likely want to do is be forced to rehash the details of that loss. For that reason, help is often necessary to allow for that recovery to go as smoothly as possible.
