FOUNDATION FOODS DEADLY LIQUID NITROGEN LEAK

Representing Clients In Atlanta, Augusta, Columbus, Macon, Savannah, Gainesville & Throughout Georgia

Our hearts are broken for the victims and families of the tragic liquid nitrogen leak at the Foundation Foods poultry processing plant in Gainesville. We know the devastating effect that an event such as this can have on the community, those injured, and their families.

Our firm has recent experience with litigation involving industrial plant disasters. In the early morning hours of February 7, 2016, the JCG Farms Rockmart Feed Mill in Rockmart, Georgia exploded. One of our clients, Tyler Morgan, was severely burned. In September of 2019, we successfully resolved the cases we brought on behalf of all of our clients injured in this tragedy.

The families of Justin Deems and Dallas Holcomb were represented by different law firms. We worked together to represent our clients with our intense and collaborative focus.

It is vitally important to begin the work of representing our clients as soon as possible following such a disaster. Potential at-fault parties must be put on notice to preserve relevant evidence. Experts must be hired to inspect the plant as soon as governmental agencies allow. Most importantly, families must be allowed to focus on their grief over the loss of a loved one, or focus on healing from the physical and emotional trauma of the event, while knowing that we are actively protecting their legal rights.

Please reach out by using the contact form on this page or calling us at 404-760-7400 if there is anything we can do to help. Your initial consultation is free of both obligation and cost and we represent all clients on a contingency basis. We serve Gainesville and all of Georgia from our offices in Atlanta.  If travel to our office will be difficult for you, we will happily come to you to discuss your rights and options.
