TRANSCRIPT: Babies Can’t Wait assists families and caregivers of children with special needs. Designed for infants and toddlers from birth to age 3, the program provides several services. Each of these services is chosen to improve the developmental potential of the child. There are a number of conditions eligible for the BCW program. Diagnosis by a medical professional can determine your child’s eligibility. Services take place in environments such as th home or in the community that will be natural to the child as he or she grows. BCW is dedicated to helping children achieve maximum developmental potential. The cost of participation is based on a sliding scale with assistance available for families who may need help covering expenses.
