Transcript: Our firm handles trucking cases on a contingency fee basis. What that means is that it costs nothing to hire us up-front or out of pocket. We only get paid if we’re successful on behalf of our clients. If we are successful on behalf of our clients, then we would earn a percentage of the recovery and we would be reimbursed for our expenses of litigation, our out-of-pocket expenses. If we’re not successful, then we don’t get paid a fee and we simply have to write-off those expenses. It’s a no-lose situation for our clients.
